Terms of Service

IIMBG Scheduler provides IIM Bodh Gaya students with their class timetable, the mess menu, a private task list, and a personal absence tracker. The app is a student utility, not an official institute system.

Only active students on the official roster may use the app, signing in with their official @iimbg.ac.in Google account. If you leave the institute or your roster record becomes inactive, your access ends.

You agree to:

• Use only your own account and keep your signed-in devices secure.
• Not attempt to access other students tasks, marks, or roster data.
• Not scrape, copy, or redistribute roster or timetable data.
• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to bypass the app security controls.

Violation may lead to suspension or removal of your access.

Tasks and absence marks you create remain yours. The app stores them only to provide the service. Do not enter unlawful, abusive, or other sensitive personal content in task titles.

Timetable and menu data are published from institute sources and may change; always confirm critical schedule information officially. Absence marks are self-reported and are not institute attendance records. The service is provided as is, without warranties, and may be unavailable during maintenance or outages.

These terms may be updated by posting a new version here. The app owner may suspend access for misuse or discontinue the service with reasonable notice to users.
